Northwest Austin Sertoma is fortunate to help many organizations in Central Texas with their underlying mission.  Our efforts are in the form of financial donations, scholarships, and hands-on participation in various events.

Some of Northwest Austin Sertoma's past and present beneficiaries include wonderful organizations such as:

Since 1857, over 10,000 students have graced the halls of TSD.  In addition to educating students who are deaf and hard of hearing, TSD now serves as a resource center on deafness for students, parents, professionals and others throughout the state.

VELA - VELA empowers families of children with special needs through hands-on courses, support and community building.  NW Sertoma Club helps sponsors event where the families can feel safe and relax in a family atmosphere, eat a delicious free meal for the whole family, and even meet Santa Claus in December!

The Settlement Home for Children - At the Settlement Home for Children, we believe that healing and learning take place when a child's deepest needs are met, both physically and mentally.  We are dedicated to helping children who have been abused and neglected by resolving their emotional, behavioral and familial problems and providing quality residential care.
